About

Andreas Androutsellis-Theotokis is a scientist. His research over the last quarter of a century focuses on the discovery and understanding of the Hes3 Axis, a molecular mechanism that regulates regeneration, cancer, and metabolic functions. Whenever he can, he writes music (often in odd-time signatures) and stories and takes pictures (rarely of humans). His creative work returns often to nature, consciousness, communication and the boundaries of identity.Occasional essays on science and imagination may join this collection in time.
